Shipping & returns
1. Shipping Policy
At Revvvd, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 3 business days to confirm the order details, delivery location, and final shipping cost before processing the order.
2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, depending on the product type, production schedule, order quantity, and delivery location.
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require additional time depending on the design, materials, and production requirements. The customer will be informed of the expected delivery timeline before order processing.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:
- Delivery location
- Product size and weight
- Number of items in the order
- Floor level
- Availability of elevator access
- Any special handling requirements
The final shipping cost will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.
4. Floor Delivery Policy
Standard delivery includes delivery up to the second floor only, provided that the product can be safely carried through the building entrance, stairs, or elevator.
For deliveries above the second floor, an additional floor delivery fee will apply.
The additional charge is usually between EGP 50 to EGP 150 per extra floor, depending on the product size, weight, number of items, and delivery difficulty.
Customers will be notified of any additional floor delivery charges before delivery.
Please note that deliveries to the third floor and above are subject to additional charges, even during free shipping offers.
5. Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers, when available, apply only to standard delivery conditions.
Free shipping does not include:
- Delivery above the second floor
- Difficult access locations
- Oversized or heavy products requiring special handling
- International shipping
- Additional labor or carrying requirements
Any extra charges will be confirmed with the customer in advance.
6. International Shipping
International shipping is available only upon prior approval from the customer and after full payment of the final shipping fees.
Customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and any additional international charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Return Policy
Customers have the right to inspect the product carefully upon delivery.
If the product has any visible damage, manufacturing defect, or mismatch with the product description, the customer must report it immediately at the time of delivery. In this case, a return or replacement request may be accepted after inspection and confirmation by Revvvd.
Returns are free only at the time of delivery if a confirmed manufacturing defect, visible damage, or mismatch with the product description is found.
Once the customer accepts the product after inspection and the delivery is completed, any later return request will be subject to Revvvd’s return conditions and applicable fees.
8. Return Conditions
The following return conditions apply:
- Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Home décor items may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Bedding, textiles, mattresses, and similar items cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Products that have been used, modified, assembled, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and documents.
- Products showing signs of use, stains, scratches, misuse, or damage may not be accepted for return.
- Revvvd reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the return conditions.
9. Return Fees for Non-Defective Items
If the return is requested for a reason unrelated to a defect, damage, or mismatch with the product description, return shipping fees will apply.
A return shipping fee of EGP 650 will be charged.
If the original order qualified for free shipping, an additional EGP 650 may be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping cost.
10. Important Return Note
Returns are free only at the time of delivery if a confirmed manufacturing defect, visible damage, or mismatch with the product description is found.
If a return is requested after delivery, even within 14 days, return shipping fees will apply unless the product is confirmed by Revvvd to have a manufacturing defect.
11. Refund Process
Returned products may take up to one week to arrive at Revvvd’s warehouse, depending on the customer’s location.
Once the returned product is received, please allow up to 2 business days for inspection and return processing.
After the return is approved, refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect on the customer’s credit card, bank account, or Revvvd account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued to the customer’s Revvvd account or through another approved refund method.
Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned product after inspection.
12. Warranty Policy
All Revvvd products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Glass and mirrors
- Damage caused by customer misuse
- Damage caused by incorrect installation by the customer or a third party
- Damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or storage
- Scratches, stains, burns, broken parts, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Any modification made to the product after delivery
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Revvvd.
